  9. Four small useful programs.  PIPE provides command line pipes,
  10. HISTORY allows the history to be loaded, saved, and listed,
  11. FOREACH is a fancy loop and variable expansion command,and
  12. RECORDER saves all console input and output in a file.  Binary
  13. only.
